Had my first Reiki Taster Session today!
AND I must say, it was amazing!! Without telling Janine too much, she was able to unblock and rest my Chakras.
The Chakras Janine said needed the most work, were the same ones my mind couldn’t see (as in visual the colour).
She also helped ease an ongoing chest problem I’ve been having (again I didn’t tell her about the chest pains), I can no longer feel the lumpy cartilage in my right side of my chest.
Just goes to show that when tension builds up in the body it can cause all sorts of problems without realising it’s the tension that causing it!!
I am honestly blown away by how relaxed I feel after the treatment.

I have joined in recently with Janine's Lives and it's my new go to morning routine!
A quick 10 min Tap in the morning and I have no brain fog and so much more concentration throughout the day!
The self love tap is beautiful before bed, I got a lovely fuzzy feeling and a great nights sleep.
I asked Janine was there any videos for pain relief and straight away she was able to help with a step by step pain relief tapping session!

My session with Janine was absolutely amazing!!!
I keep up with her daily taps but there was no release I felt quite like the one to one session!!
Her voice, words and taps draw you in and you cannot help to surrender your feelings and tap them away.
After my one to one, I felt so relaxed, I had no worries, I almost felt high and very floaty. Within half hour I was in bed and slept for a good 12 hours.
The next day, I had no tension where I had it before, Janine is amazing and I recommend anyone to have a one to one session at least once!!

I wanted to share with you a journey I was taken on by our lovely Janine last week.

It was a journey of self discovery and a tarot story told to me by Janine.

It has to be said, my mood, aura, personality and my coping mechanisms were picked up instantly, which is quite mad as I am a very guarded.

The guidance given to me was beyond fascinating as well as very useful. In a very delicate way my current life situation and all persons around me in my life were told very delicately yet were so concise it was spooky.

At one point I became exceptionally emotional because I was so blown away by her intuition as well as her capability of reading tarot.

The first bit of advice was that I had to find my inner child and learn to have more fun, smiles and laughter in my life, the first card that came out was read last, it was from the first deck used by Janine and it was the card of playfulness.

In the four years of reading the cards that was the first time that card had ever popped out.
